Harmonize governance and coordination across four municipalities with jurisdiction over the San Antonio Key Biodiversity Area (KBA) by supporting participatory planning that results in four municipal decrees and a multi-stakeholder roundtable. Update conservation priorities for the KBA, provide technical assistance for policy planning and approval, consult with stakeholders and strengthen institutional capacity.

Strategic Direction: 1 Strengthen protection and management of 52 priority KBAs to foster participatory governance, green recovery from COVID-19, climate change resilience, species conservation, and financial sustainability.
