Facilitate natural regeneration of watershed forests and riparian areas through an integrated, ecosystem-based approach. Eliminate invasive alien species, plant selected native pioneer and post-pioneer species and fence off areas. Promote sustainable land management and support resilient livelihoods through climate-smart agriculture and agroforestry and by communicating and sharing knowledge on these topics.

Strategic Direction: 1 Empower communities and civil society to implement actions to improve the resilience of species, ecosystems, and human populations to climate change in priority KBAs
