Identify legal issues and conservation needs of communities within the Baining Mountain and Central Manus priority sites. Findings through community consultations will help shape future interventions through legal training to ensure that communities understand their rights within the national legal frameworks. The project will help communities in the priority sites establish protected areas and develop simplified guidelines for effective protected area management.
