Strengthen management of Lago Enriquillo and Isla Cabrito National Park to mitigate threats from agricultural encroachment, hunting and fishing. Update the national park management plan, strengthen the capacity of park guards, promote ecotourism, raise local awareness of the park and its ecosystem services, and restore ecological connectivity through reforestation and agroforestry in the buffer zone.
