Build capacity of 300 leaders from 150 Locally Managed Marine Areas in organizational management, ecosystem-based adaptation, including good governance of marine resources and sustainable management of coastal ecosystems, and advocacy, based on an assessment of their impacts on human wellbeing and ecosystem health, and their vulnerability to climate change. Organize four intra-landscape, two inter-landscape and one inter-hotspot exchange visits for knowledge-sharing and peer-to-peer learning on climate change adaptation and risk reduction.

Strategic Direction: 3 Strengthen the capacity of local communities and civil society at regional and local levels to enhance adaptive capacity and reduce exposure to climate change risks
