Strengthen local governance and stakeholder capacity to conserve the Intag-Toisán municipal protected areas. Undertake capacity building for local stakeholders, conservation awareness building, mainstreaming conservation in municipal policies, gender inclusion, community conservation projects and baseline biodiversity and hydrologic studies.

Strategic Direction: 1 Strengthen protection and management of 52 priority KBAs to foster participatory governance, green recovery from COVID-19, climate change resilience, species conservation, and financial sustainability.
