Overview
Applications are invited from civil society organizations to submit expressions of interest to conduct a final evaluation of the World Bank/Development Grant Facility (WB/DGF) contribution to the Critical Ecosystem Partnership Fund. The WB/DGF contributed US$25 million in support of CEPF Phase 2 activities through agreements covering the period from 1 October 2008 to 31 March 2017. The evaluation shall cover this time period, with emphasis on the final WB/DGF contribution of US$1.56 million received in 2016. This evaluation will consider relevance, efficacy, efficiency, governance, resource mobilization, financial management, sustainability and risk, and capture lessons learned. Based on these lessons, the consultant will formulate recommendations for CEPF. This is an urgent six-week assignment, with a final report due 30 November 2018.
