Work with the National Museums of Kenya, local universities and local conservation groups to upgrade the biological priority status of two Key Biodiversity Areas in Kenya (both currently have a biological priority status of 3). Research birds, mammals, reptiles, amphibians and plants.

Strategic Direction: 2 Improve the protection and management of the KBA network throughout the hotspot.
