Strengthen key selected organizations in Cote d’Ivoire, Guinea, and Sierra Leone. Focus on their institutional and operational capacities, communication and advocacy skills, resource mobilization successes and effectiveness tracking methods to engage and advocate for the development and implementation of national frameworks, policies and regulations for climate change mitigation and adaptation, sustainable development and biodiversity conservation.

Strategic Direction: 4 Build the capacity of local civil society organizations, including Indigenous People’s, women’s and youth groups, to conserve and manage globally important biodiversity
