Enhance the capacities of local civil society organizations (CSOs) to improve biodiversity conservation and CEPF project management in the Guinean Forests of West Africa hotspot. Provide CEPF Master Class training in project design, budgeting and financial management, stakeholder engagement, gender, safeguards and reporting. Provide follow-up training in project design and fundraising to support longer-term sustainability of project results and impacts.
