Address the lack of technical, administrative, financial and operational capacity to implement ecosystem-based adaptation practices (EbA) among Mauritian civil society organizations (CSOs). Raise awareness among the private sector and the general public of the need for EbA to mitigate climate change. Share and build technical capacity to control invasive alien predators, reintroduce birds and restore forest with CSOs from hotspot countries.

Strategic Direction: 3 Strengthen the capacity of local communities and civil society at regional and local levels to enhance adaptive capacity and reduce exposure to climate change risks
