Reduce pressures on natural resources along the central section of the Mekong River between Kratie and Stung Treng provinces by building the capacity of agricultural cooperatives and community-based ecotourism initiatives, thereby creating employment opportunities and boosting household income. Increase the capacity of these organizations to improve service quality and increase production scale, and enlarge their membership to increase investment capital.
