Strengthen local conservation committees and women's organizations to improve the conservation of Azagny National park in Cote d'Ivoire. Provide trainings on organizational governance, financial management and fundraising to local conservation committees and women's organizations. Strengthen SOS-Forêts' own skills in fundraising to increase their projects portfolio and thus their conservation efforts.
