Mitigate major threats to four priority species (hairy-nosed otter, smooth-coated otter, large-spotted civet and fishing cat), by supporting restoration of their habitats and empowering local communities to be wetland ecosystem guardians. Address priority species knowledge gaps and threat mitigation, support capacity building for patrolling, monitoring and habitat restoration, raise local awareness and enable conservation-conscious livelihoods, and promote and support women’s leadership in conservation.

Strategic Direction: 1 Safeguard priority globally threatened species by mitigating major threats
