Restore a total of 21 hectares of degraded watershed forest at Ebony Forest Chamarel (Chamarel – Le Morne Key Biodiversity Area) and Vallée De L’Est (Bambou Range Key Biodiversity Area) in Mauritius by controlling invasive alien plants and animals. Improve ecosystem resilience to climate change by reinstating missing species interactions, such as seed dispersal and grazing.

Strategic Direction: 1 Empower communities and civil society to implement actions to improve the resilience of species, ecosystems, and human populations to climate change in priority KBAs
