Combat two primary threats to biodiversity and soil health: excessive chemical fertilizer usage and ineffective waste management, both contributors to greenhouse gas emissions. Implement integrated nutrient production, fostering soil fertility while reducing reliance on chemical fertilizers. Capacity building for local communities, establishment of organic agro-forestry farms, and support for sustainable agricultural practices to mitigate environmental degradation and promote biodiversity conservation.

Strategic Direction: 1 Empower communities and civil society to implement actions to improve the resilience of species, ecosystems, and human populations to climate change in priority KBAs
