Facilitate community-led management processes for wetland habitats within the Greater Xe Champhone Wetland Complex in Lao PDR. Pilot and demonstrate the Guardian Village model in three villages to test and refine the approach. Establish water user groups supporting sustainable use and planning regarding critical freshwater habitat for human use and conservation of the critically endangered Siamese crocodile.
