Conduct an independent evaluation of CEPF-funded projects addressing conservation of freshwater biodiversity in Cambodia. Provide an evidence-based assessment of each project’s successes and challenges by collecting, analyzing and reporting on baseline and endline data on freshwater ecosystems and biodiversity, human well-being, civil society capacity, and enabling conditions and sustained impacts.

Strategic Direction: 4 Empower local communities to engage in conservation and management of priority key biodiversity areas
