Create and empower a youth network around Hin Namno and Phou Khaokhouy protected areas in Lao PDR from forest-dependent communities dedicated to combating illegal wildlife trade and promoting biodiversity conservation. Engage, enable and empower young women to take leadership roles in the network, to improve the gender equity of wildlife conservation efforts in Lao PDR.
