Empower local people for effective participation in conservation reserve management by establishing and strengthening local community organizations, identifying suitable incentive mechanisms for engaging local people in conservation, promoting sustainable NTFP harvesting practices, and cultivating selected NTFPs to reduce pressure on forests.
