Birdlife International leads the Regional Implementation Team (RIT) in the Eastern Afromontante Hotspot. The program is based out of Birdlife's Nairobi offices. Birdlife is joined in its consortium by the Ethiopian Wildlife and Natural History Society (EWNHS), based in Adis Ababa, and the International Union for the Conservation of Nature (IUCN) via its offices in Kenya and Mozambique.
