Strengthen the management of Yawri Bay in Sierra Leone by increasing its protection status through nomination as a Ramsar Site and initiation of the protected area gazettal process. Design a state-of-the-art management plan with a detailed and budgeted action plan; raise funds to implement the plan, and promote compliance with the plan by local communities and private companies in the fisheries and salt production sectors.

Strategic Direction: 2 Mainstream biodiversity conservation into public policy and private sector practice in the nine conservation corridors, at local, sub-national and national levels
