Reduce threats, support women’s empowerment, and strengthen management for biodiversity conservation in Serranía de los Paraguas of Colombia. Promote legal protection and management improvements in Cerro El Ingles Nature Reserve, establish a payment for ecosystem services scheme, and strengthen capacity for fire management, habitat restoration, patrolling, environmental education and communications. Promote sustainable funding, women’s leadership training, and integration of gender considerations for partner organizations.

Strategic Direction: 1 Strengthen protection and management of 52 priority KBAs to foster participatory governance, green recovery from COVID-19, climate change resilience, species conservation, and financial sustainability.
