Develop a strategy to improve the resilience of marine and coastal ecosystems and the local community to climate change in the far north of Madagascar, with a focus on mangroves, threatened species and communities vulnerable to climate change. Development activities will be linked to the livelihoods of local populations and will incorporate the agroforestry system, which aims to protect and fertilize the soil, diversify farmers' production and set up resilience funds to provide savings loans.

Strategic Direction: 1 Empower communities and civil society to implement actions to improve the resilience of species, ecosystems, and human populations to climate change in priority KBAs
