Reduce threats to natural resources within Cambodia's Stung Treng Ramsar Site by improving cooperation for conservation between local communities and the relevant authorities, increasing targeted groups’ appreciation of the values of the Ramsar Site, developing and disseminating a user-friendly version of the management plan, and empowering communities to make decisions with natural resource management and conservation in mind.
