Carry out baseline biodiversity surveys to inform conservation strategies and a management plan for Three Bays Key Biodiversity Area. Promote sustainable fishing practices and improved processing and marketing techniques. Restore mangroves and develop a community-led management plan to safeguard the ecological integrity of the site while promoting sustainable resource use. Raise awareness on the importance of protected areas and their role in building resilience to climate change impacts.
